ContactOut will send a verification link to the email address associated with your profile.Check your inbox and click the verification link
Open the email from ContactOut and click the link to proceed. The link format is:

Once verified, you'll see the opt-out form with two options:"Take down my profile" — removes your full profile
"Remove my contact details (LinkedIn URL)" — removes contact info while keeping the profile shell
Submit your request
Your request will be processed within 24 hours.

If you want full removal, choose "Take down my profile" rather than just removing contact details.
