Removal guides on the site are provided free for personal use. Commercial reproduction or redistribution of any content requires written permission from Indigo Privacy LLC.

⑤  Limitation of Liability

The information published by Indigo Privacy reflects our research and understanding at the time of publication. Data broker processes, privacy settings, and platform policies change frequently. We do not guarantee that any guide, checklist, or recommendation will produce a specific outcome.

Indigo Privacy’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for decisions you make based on our content, or for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of our site or newsletter.

⑥  Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to respond within 5 business days.

⑦  Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services or legal requirements change. We will notify newsletter subscribers of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

Your continued use of indigoprivacy.com or the newsletter after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may unsubscribe and discontinue use at any time.
