Go to spokeo.com and search your name. Click the result that matches your identity to open your profile.Copy your profile URL
Copy the full URL from your browser's address bar. It will look something like:

Visit spokeo.com/optoutPaste your profile URL and enter your email
Enter the profile URL in the input field and provide an email address. Spokeo will send a confirmation link to that email.Click the confirmation link
Open the email from Spokeo and click the link to finalize your removal request.Verify and check for additional listings
After 24–48 hours, search your name on Spokeo again. Each listing has a unique URL and must be opted out individually — repeat the process for any additional profiles.

Spokeo continuously receives new and updated records from public sources, so your information may reappear without notice. Check every 3–6 months.
