REMOVAL STEPS

  1. Go to the privacy requests page
    Visit publicinfoservices.com/help-center/privacy-requests

  2. Select "Delete My Info" as the request type
The form offers three options — choose Delete My Info for full removal.

  3. Fill out the form
Enter your first name, last name, city, state, ZIP code, and age. Complete the human verification step and click Continue.

  4. Select your record
Find your listing in the search results and select it.

  5. Check your email and click the confirmation link
Public Information Services will send a verification email. Click the confirmation link to submit the request.

  6. Wait for the confirmation email
After clicking the link, a second email confirms the opt-out has been processed.

  7. Verify removal after 24 hours
Wait at least 24 hours, then search your name on the site. Clear your browser cache and history first — cached data may make your listing appear to still be there.

TIPS

  • Removal is completely free — no membership required.

  • If your listing reappears, it may be due to a data partner providing a new or slightly different record (different spelling, updated address). Repeat the removal process for any new record that surfaces.

  • For support, call 1-800-617-3169.

  • Judges, prosecutors, law enforcement, and their immediate household family members qualify for expedited removal under Daniel's Law. Contact Public Information Services directly via their contact page rather than using the automated form.

  • You can also select "Do Not Sell My Info" if you prefer to limit data sale without full deletion.
