Wait at least 24 hours, then search your name on the site. Clear your browser cache and history first — cached data may make your listing appear to still be there.

If your listing reappears, it may be due to a data partner providing a new or slightly different record (different spelling, updated address). Repeat the removal process for any new record that surfaces.

Judges, prosecutors, law enforcement, and their immediate household family members qualify for expedited removal under Daniel's Law. Contact Public Data Check directly via their contact page rather than using the automated form.
You can also submit a "Do Not Sell My Info" request as an alternative to full deletion if you prefer to limit data sale without removing the record entirely.
