TIPS

  • Removal is completely free — no membership required.

  • If your listing reappears, it may be due to a data partner providing a new or slightly different record (different spelling, updated address). Repeat the removal process for any new record that surfaces.

  • For support, call 1-800-950-0953.

  • Judges, prosecutors, law enforcement, and their immediate household family members qualify for expedited removal under Daniel's Law. Contact Public Data Check directly via their contact page rather than using the automated form.

  • You can also submit a "Do Not Sell My Info" request as an alternative to full deletion if you prefer to limit data sale without removing the record entirely.

  • Also opt out from PrivateRecords.net and BackgroundCheckers.net which share similar data sources.
