REMOVAL STEPS

  1. Identify what you want removed
Google can remove: doxxing content, home addresses shown in snippets, explicit images, financial account numbers, and certain private information. It cannot remove all public records.

  2. Go to Google's removal tool
Visit Google's Personal Information Removal request tool.

  3. Select the type of information
Choose the category that best describes what you want removed (e.g., 'contact info or personal data').

  4. Submit the URLs
Paste the specific search result URLs that show your information. Be as specific as possible.

  5. Submit and wait
Google will review your request. You'll receive email updates on the decision.

  6. Request removal of cached versions too
Use Google's cache removal tool to remove cached copies of pages you've already had removed at the source.

TIPS

  • Google can remove information from search results, but it doesn't remove it from the source website — do both.

  • If your address appears in Google Maps or Knowledge Panels, use a separate form at support.google.com/maps.

  • Google's 'Results about you' tool (available in Google account settings) lets you monitor when your contact info appears in search.
