REMOVAL STEPS

  1. Go to the Privacy Rights page
    Visit freepeoplesearch.com/privacy-rights/

  2. Scroll to the Right To Delete section
The page has three sections: Right to Know, Right to Delete, and Right to Opt-Out. Go to the second section.

  3. Fill out the form
Enter your first name, last name, and email address.

  4. Click Submit Request
You should see a "Request submitted successfully!" confirmation.

  5. Verify removal
After 5–7 days, search your name on FreePeopleSearch to confirm your listing has been removed.

TIPS

  • The Right to Delete removes your data from FreePeopleSearch's systems entirely — not just from search results. This is more thorough than the opt-out option.

  • You may receive an email confirmation that reads: "We have searched our records and are unable to locate any personal information about you." This is normal — it means either your data has been deleted or was not in their system to begin with.

  • FreePeopleSearch may retain some data as required by law or for fraud prevention.

  • Search engines may cache your listing for additional time after removal from the site. Use Google's outdated content removal tool at support.google.com/websearch/answer/6349986 if needed.

  • The page also offers a Right to Opt-Out (removes from search results only) if you prefer a lighter-touch option.
